As Napoleon Hill, author of “Think and Grow Rich,” said, “What the mind can conceive and believe, the mind can achieve, regardless of how many times you may have failed in the past or how lofty your aims and hopes may be.” By repeating an affirmation to yourself throughout the day, you can establish positive thoughts and emotional habits within yourself that lead to lasting change.
